- The first five months of FY27 already equal about 54% of FY26 income and 64% of FY26 PAT.
- Growth was debt-funded. Borrowings rose about 91% in FY26 to ₹79.88 crore, and total assets nearly doubled.
- Borrowings eased slightly to ₹77.57 crore by August 2026, and net worth rose to ₹40.08 crore on retained profit.

- Captive solar plant: the rooftop plant may lower power costs, subject to actual generation.
- Pre-IPO valuation: about 11.6x FY26 earnings, below the peers’ range of roughly 15x–27x.
Key Risks & Challenges
- High leverage. Borrowings of ₹79.88 crore were about 2.5 times net worth at March 2026. The review flags that high debt increases sensitivity to interest costs and collections.
- No debt repayment from proceeds. None of the issue money is set aside to repay loans, so interest costs are likely to stay high.
- Working capital intensity. Sales growth is being funded by borrowings, and ₹14 crore of fresh working capital is part of the issue.
- Raw material price risk. Copper and aluminium price swings can affect margins.
- Expansion execution risk. New capacity needs timely commissioning and enough customer demand to be used well.
- Thin net margin. PAT margin was only about 6.4% in FY26, so small cost changes can hurt profits.
- Tender and competition pressure. Tender pricing pressure and competition are cited as concerns for the business.
- Short track record at this scale. The company was set up as a private company in 2020 and became public in December 2025.
- SME liquidity risk. The minimum application is ₹2.40 lakh, and trading volumes after listing may be thin.
- Pace of recent growth. A 51% revenue jump and 146% PAT jump in one year may not repeat.
