Company Strengths
- RoNW of 30.83%, higher than all four listed peers in the RHP comparison.
- Fast growth: FY26 revenue up 53.4% and PAT more than doubled.
- Wide range of 19,442+ SKUs across 11 collections, all BIS Hallmark-certified.
- Cluster-based showroom expansion strategy in Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
- ₹30 crore debt repayment supports deleveraging.
- Operating cash flow turned positive at ₹15.40 crore in FY26.
Key Risks & Challenges
- Gujarat and single-store concentration: Gujarat gave 67.97% of FY26 revenue, and the CG Road, Ahmedabad store alone gave 57.16%.
- Inventory-heavy model: The company has a history of negative operating cash flows and high working capital needs. Inventory was 85.8% of total assets at December 2025, with a holding period of 205 days in 9M FY26.
- Proceeds mainly buy stock: The ₹152.84 crore showroom allocation is for inventory costs.
- Third-party sourcing: The company relies on third-party manufacturers with no long-term contracts.
- Gold price volatility: Profitability is vulnerable to gold and diamond price swings. Higher gold prices can raise transaction values without a matching rise in jewellery volumes.
- Short history in current form: The business was run as a proprietorship until March 2025, so historical numbers are not like-for-like.
- Margin sustainability and seasonality: Revenue is influenced by seasonal trends. Quarterly margin improvement may not persist.
- DRHP-era compliance flags: The DRHP flagged delays in TDS and GST payments, no fire NOCs for showrooms, and designs not registered under the Designs Act. I could not confirm whether these were resolved in the RHP.
