Key Risks & Challenges
- OFS-heavy issue: The IPO is a combination of fresh issue and offer-for-sale, so a significant part of the money goes to selling shareholders and not to the company. Only ₹60 crore of ₹427.89 crore flows into the business.
- The company’s business is closely tied to the real estate sector in India and overseas — any slowdown or adverse changes in this sector could negatively impact operations, cash flows, and financial performance.
- Single plant dependency — the entire company relies on their plant at Vile Bhagad, Maharashtra; any disruption due to natural disasters, accidents, or machinery breakdown could lead to production stoppage.
- Risks involved with management of acquisitions — if the integration and management of Yes Systems, acquired to enable the company to move into the high-end market within India, fails, the financial performance of the company will be affected.
- High capital requirements or obsolete technologies could negatively impact operations and financial performance.
- Promoter holding falls from 64.11% to 55.72% post-issue — moderate post-IPO promoter skin in the game.
