Hyderabad-based cloud communication major Tanla Platforms Ltd has received the final regulatory approval for the merger of its subsidiaries Karix Mobile Services and Gamooga Softtech.
The South East Regional Director (Hyderabad) has issued the confirmation order, and the merger is considered effective from 27 November 2025.
As per the official filings, the appointed date of the merger is 1 April 2025, meaning that the financial integration of both companies will be recognized from this date.
